1. Liposuction alone: if only fat is the cause of gynecomastia
2. Excision alone: recommended where glandular breast tissue or excess skin must be removed to correct gynecomastia.
3. Combination of  Liposuction & excision: Sometimes gynecomastia is treated with both liposuction and excision.
